split/decision is a creative producing company that helps artists develop and execute their independent projects.
Together, Rachel, Manuel, and Viktorija have decades of experience in the arts, specifically producing, directing, and consulting for projects such as theater and cultural festivals, short films and documentaries, international tours, and workshops, in addition to extensive program and project management engagements in the commercial sector.
